The Full Council meets monthly, usually on the third Tuesday of the month, at West Horsley Village Hall at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated. All meetings are open to the public & at the Chairman's discretion there is an opportunity for the public to ask questions or make a comment.

The Planning Committee meet monthly, usually on the last working day of the month, avoiding Fridays, at The Cedar Room, West Horsley Village Hall. All meetings are open to the public and there will be opportunities for the public to ask questions or make a comment.
