Festival of Flags

Residents of West and East Horsley are invited to participate in the 'Horsley Festival of Flags'; an initiative to line our streets with flags flying from as many locations as possible throughout May and June. Orders are being handled by East Horsley Parish Council and a lightweight, extending flagpole with bracket plus a Union Jack flag will cost you just £25.
